Can I exchange an order?
Yes, You can Make an Exchange. You can make an exchange with another size or another model. Please Contact us and Follow the steps to make the exchange.

Can I return a defective or faulty product?
We stand behind all of our shoes and gear. If your item is defective or flawed, and it's been less than 14 days since your purchase, simply contact us and return the item.

Can I make an Exchange for In-store purchase?
Purchases made at a retail store must be Exchange at the store. Please note that our store Exchange policies may differ from our online returns policies. Make sure that you ask the store if you have questions about their policies.

How to make an exchange?

  2. Ship the item back to us
  3. Once we received the item, we will inspect the item
  4. Issue a voucher code for you to use on your exchange order / Ship the exchange item

We recommend if you do return an item to us, do so by recorded delivery. Hotspot Caramel Sdn Bhd will not accept responsibility for lost returns. Please wrap items appropriately for transit to avoid damage to products or boxes. Please do not stick labels or tape directly on to the productsor its packaging as if tampered with in any way, we can no longer accept the return. Postages Charges incurred for sending the merchandise back to us will be borne by us.
